Description
The Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet is a single-engine, low-wing, seven-seat, light business jet that was first introduced in 2016. It is the world’s first single-engine personal jet aircraft. It features a composite airframe, advanced avionics, and autopilot system. The SF50 is powered by a single Williams International FJ33-5A turbofan engine that produces 1,800 pounds of thrust. The jet has a maximum range of 1,250 nautical miles, a maximum speed of 375 knots, and a service ceiling of 25,000 feet. It also has a maximum takeoff weight of 7,000 pounds. The SF50 has a number of safety features designed to reduce the risks of flying, such as an airframe parachute system, a ground proximity warning system, and a direct-to system for navigation.
