Description
The Autogyro Cavalon GCITV is a two-seat tandem open-cockpit autogyro designed for personal use. It is powered by a Rotax 912S fuel-injected engine and has an empty weight of 574 kg (1,260 lbs). The Cavalon has a maximum speed of 145 km/h (90 mph) and a range of up to 750 km (466 mi). The GCITV version features a glass cockpit with modern avionics, including a GPS navigation system, autopilot, and EFIS displays. The Cavalon has a two-bladed main rotor and a two-bladed tail rotor. It is equipped with a ballistic recovery system and a BRS parachute for emergency situations.
