Description
The Gulfstream IV/SP is a large-cabin, long-range business jet developed by Gulfstream Aerospace. It is based on the successful Gulfstream IV and features improved performance, a more spacious cabin, and better range. The aircraft is powered by two Rolls-Royce Tay 611-8 engines, each producing up to 14,750 lbf of thrust. It has a maximum range of 4,350 nautical miles (8,080 km) and a maximum cruise speed of Mach 0.88 (588 mph, 947 km/h). The cabin is 13 feet (3.9 m) long and can seat up to 19 passengers in a typical configuration. It also features a full galley and an ensuite lavatory. The aircraft is capable of carrying up to 19,000 lbs (8,618 kg) of payload.
